1. Services
Passion Cleaning Services provides professional commercial and residential cleaning services across Greater Sydney, NSW. Services are confirmed upon acceptance of a written or emailed quote.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on information provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply if the actual scope of work materially differs from the initial brief.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled clean: no charge.
Cancellations within 48 hours: a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted amount may apply.
No-shows or access denied at the time of the clean: full quoted amount is payable.
4. Payment
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and card payment. Overdue accounts may incur a late payment fee.
5. Re-Clean Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the result of a clean, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the originally agreed scope of work.
6. Access & Site Conditions
The client is responsible for ensuring safe and lawful access to the premises at the agreed time. Passion Cleaning Services reserves the right to decline or cease work in unsafe or hazardous conditions without penalty.
7. Liability
Passion Cleaning Services carries public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from restricted access or failure to disclose relevant information about the premises prior to the clean.
8. NDIS Services
For NDIS-funded cleaning services, all bookings must be supported by an approved NDIS plan. We work with plan managers and self-managed participants. Pricing applies in accordance with the current NDIS Price Guide.
9. Government & Tender Contracts
Government and institutional contracts are subject to individual service agreements. All staff hold current police checks and working with children checks where required. We carry full public liability insurance.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
Passion Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Current terms are published at www.passioncleaning.com.au.
